PAYMENT & DEPOSIT FOR BOOKING TOUR & HOLIDAY PACKAGES
a – Deposit: A deposit of 30% of total value by credit card is required upon confirmation of your booking. Once deposit of your booking has been made, it is agreed that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
b – Remained balance: The remained balance of the tour value (70%) will be paid on arrival. The remained balance is required to be paid no later than 1 day prior to departure date or date of services.
After making payment, you will receive a voucher confirming your service.
The invoice issued to you indicates that both you and the Company have read and agreed with the Terms of Use herein as well as rate, itinerary or other information provided by the Company.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT FOR BOOKING CRUISE HALONG ONLY:
a – Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total value by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than US$500, we would suggest you to pay us in full before you arrive). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
b – Remained balance: The remained balance of the tour value (50%) will be done at least 15 days prior to your arrival in Vietnam.
c – Full payment: When customers confirm the Booking less than one month to go. Full payment is required.
CHILDREN POLICY
The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double room/cabin with two adults.
For infant (<02 years old): FOC except domestic ticket cost
Children from 02 – 6 years old: 50% adult rate and share the parent’s existing bedding.
Children from 06 – 11 years old: 75% adult rate and share the parent’s existing bedding. Extra bed fee will be applied upon request.
Children from 12 years old up will pay as adult.
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of booking.
Air tickets: Based on each Airline’s policy, the price for children will be applied at time of booking.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS FOR BOOKING TOUR & HOLIDAY PACKAGES
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:
+ To confirm the booking with us, a 30% deposit is required. If you cancel the tour > 45 days, 10% will be refundable.
+ 45 to 20 days before trip commencement: 30% of the total trip cost.
+ From 20 to 15 days before trip commencement: 50% of the total trip cost.
+ 15 days before the commencement of the journey or no show: 100% of the total trip cost.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If there’s a problem with your booking, please contact us and state your reasons for the refund request and we will try our best to assist you.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS FOR BOOKING CRUISE HALONG ONLY
– Cancellation by customer will be charged as follow:
+ More than 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 20% of the total trip cost.
+ 15 to 30 days before trip commencement: 50% of the total trip cost.
+ From 7 to 14 days before trip commencement: 75% of the total trip cost.
+ No refunds for cancellations 7 days before the commencement of the journey.
– Cancellation by Vietnam Muslim Tours – Asia Travel Expert Co., Ltd
The contract between the services rendered by Vietnam Muslim Tours – Asia Travel Expert Co., Ltd may be canceled by us for reasons related to a situation of force majeure, political, health, natural disaster, plane, etc. In all such instances of cancellation, registrants are fully reimbursed, but cannot claim any compensation.
NOTE: Please note that SPECIAL OFFERS that customers agree with the Travel Consultant are not eligible for the general cancellation policy and have to work under certain conditions of each booking.
